What the first 30 days look like if we're a fit

We reply personally (day 0–1)

A real team member reads your message and writes back with a quick read on whether we can help. If yes, we propose an intake call. If no, we point you toward an agency or tool that'd be a better fit.

Intake call (day 1–5)

30 minutes. We ask about your business, your current marketing, your goals, and your biggest frustration. We share where we think we can help — and where we think you'd be wasting money hiring us.

Custom proposal (day 3–7)

If it makes sense, we send a written proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing. Nothing fancy — just the specifics. No 40-slide pitch decks.

Start or don't (day 7–14)

Either we sign and start working, or you pass. We don't send follow-up sales sequences if you pass. Life's too short for both of us.

Quick answers

How long until I hear back?

One business day, usually faster. We don't use auto-responders and we don't let inquiries sit. If you haven't heard from us in 48 hours, something went wrong — email us directly.

What if we're not a fit?

We'll tell you. Directly. If we think an in-house hire makes more sense, or another agency would serve you better, we'll say so. We'd rather pass on a wrong-fit engagement than spend 3 months wasting everyone's time.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

No. Most of our best engagements start with "I don't know what's broken, but something isn't working." Part of our intake is helping figure out what the real problem is — not just executing against a brief that might be aimed wrong.

What's the minimum engagement size?

We generally work with companies whose marketing budget is $5K/month or more (combining ad spend, agency fees, and tooling). Below that, you're usually better off with a specialist freelancer or a self-serve playbook. We'll be straight with you about this on the intake call.

Can I just ask a quick question without booking a call?

Yes. Use the inputs above, keep it short, and we'll reply. If it's a quick answer, you'll get a quick answer. If it needs a conversation, we'll offer one — but we won't push.
